Your consent to receive automated texts is entirely voluntary. You may opt-out at any time:

To stop receiving messages, reply “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT” to any SMS message from us.

After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll.

You waive your right to a trial by jury and agree that any claims will be resolved through final and binding arbitration. Policyholders can view the personal information kept on file by visiting the Company’s online Policyholder Service Center and reviewing the data incorporated into transactions. If that information should ever need to be updated, Customer Service staff is available to document and act upon requests for a change. Those individuals can be contacted by calling 772-244-3468 or sending an e-mail. Please be aware that our organization reviews our privacy policy on an on-going basis and makes any necessary changes.
